4. Sexual Fitness:

  • Definition: Sexual fitness pertains to maintaining a healthy and satisfying sexual life, which is an important aspect of overall well-being.
  • Components: Includes sexual health, emotional intimacy, communication, and sexual satisfaction.
  • Activities: Open communication with partners, sexual education, exploring intimacy, and maintaining physical health contribute to sexual fitness.
